POSITION OVERVIEW
Responsibility for Inventory Accuracy at all 3rd Party Manufacturing Locations and 3PL warehouses in EMEA- 3rd Party Manufacturing Locations
- 3rd Party Warehouse Locations
- Ingredients; Cans; Finished Goods
- 3 – 6 Direct Reports
- Metrics/Data driven
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
• Continuous Transacting: real time data visibility of Raw Material Receipts, Production Receipts and Post Goods Issue
• Monthly Reconciliations and variance investigation
• Maintenance of correct stock status to reflect reality: Available, Blocked, QI and SLOB
• Maintenance of BBD and Batch Information
• Ensure supplier payments based on accurate Goods Receipt
• Quarterly cycle count adherence
• Annual full physical count adherence
• Quarterly PAC (Audit Committee) reporting
• Audit requests
• Warehouse cost verification
• Provision Process input and destruction request execution
