KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

- Manage customer marketing office
- Pos/Invoices
- Budgets
- Contracts
- Efficient administration of budgets and compliance with Company policy
- Support the lead of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
- Manage customer marketing office

- Analyse customer/consumer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
- Assist in planning, developing and executing a bespoke marketing strategy per customer
- Be the perfect link between the core Marketing team and commercial team and bottler locally to maximize Monster’s presence within tactical customers
- Become an advocate of our brands towards bottler and various retailers (home and OOH channels)
- Assist in analysing customer needs and demands, and allocate existing assets accordingly
- Assist in developing hospitality programs and asset activations that will reinforce customer relationships
- Educate customers further about our brands, products and Marketing to keep the Monster brand portfolio top of mind
- Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones
- Assist in unleashing new opportunities for future growth in the relationships with our customers
- Ensure deadlines are adhered to as per project plan
- Analyse data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure
The Ideal Experience:
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor’s degree with emphasis on communications, marketing and business
- 2+ years of experience in Customer marketing or similar role in FMCG
- Strong understanding of customer journeys and sales touch points
- Technical knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools and channels
- Familiarity with B2B and B2C marketing
