Reporting to the SVP East Sales, this role is responsible providing day today administrative assistance.  This role will also work alongside the team to support the business in terms of office management, project management and any adhoc administrative duties.

 

  • Location:                Athens (but willing to relocate if necessary)
  • Travel:                    Medium Levels of Travel
  • Language:              Must have good verbal and written English skills

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide assistance and administration support to the SVP Sales East Business Unit and the sales team of Monster Energy Europe as required.
  • Manage the office environment.
  • Manage the warehouse and small shipments, couriers and postage.
  • Be the first point of contact for clients, suppliers, employees as required
  • Devise and maintain offices systems including data management and filing.
  • Coordinate VP’s and sales team meetings including venue booking, travel, accommodation, catering etc.
  • Prepare and distributing agendas for meetings, take meeting minutes as required and distribute according, maintaining appropriate records
  • Work with the sales team to oversee promotions including organising tickets, events, sweepstakes, hospitality.
  • Provide basic book keeping records, logging, coordinating purchase orders and arranging payment of invoices with our EMEA finance team,
  • Printing and obtain signature for invoices requiring VP’s approval and sign-off.
  • Screen and action email and telephone communications as required.
  • Prepare Power Point presentations, Word documents, excel reports and some basic data analysis
  • Carry out any specific projects and research on behalf of the SVP
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as directed by SVP.
